The Colombo Fort - Talaimannar train service resumed operations today following a year-long temporary suspension for railway track reconstruction work between Mahawa and Anuradhapura, the Department of Railways said.
Accordingly, the new schedule of the train service is as follows:
Colombo Fort to Talaimannar: Departs at 4:15 p.m., and arrives at 10:15 p.m.
Talaimannar to Colombo Fort: Starts tomorrow (13) at 4:15 a.m., arriving at 10:15 a.m.
