A long time wanted main suspect over sword attacks and other anti- social activities in Jaffna region was taken into custody at Bandaraniake International Airport (BIA) when trying to leave the country today.
The suspect from Kokuvil area was wanted over several sword attack incidents in the region in the recent past and was hiding to evade police arrest.
The Airport police commenced further investigations and involvement of the suspect over crime incidents in the past.
