Chavakachcheri Magistrate Court today ordered to remand former Medical Superintendent (MS) of Chavakachcheri Base Hospital Dr Archuna Ramanathan till October 10.
When the cases filed by other medical doctors alleging Dr Archuna intimidated and objected them to carry out their duties were taken up for hearing, Magistrate A. Judeson directed police to remand the former MS of the hospital.
The Courts also noted that his ongoing bail is terminated with immediate effect as he failed to submit evidence to back up his claims against fellow doctors at the police station and violated bail conditions as well. (Northeastern Monitor/ Sept 26/ 2024)
